So how to shift from your current reality into The State?
I only know one way: Whenever something arises in you that feels tight,
contracted, uncomfortable - you absolutely have to stop what ever you are doing!
Stop and shut your eyes, and your mouth, and feel it.
Anything else is hiding from being with this moment.
Feel what you are feeling in your body.
Be with the discomfort, the tingling, sweating, coldness, heartbeat, the tears, and all.
In this moment the little molecules you are made of are vibrating at a
certain frequency for you to be with them. Every time you avoid them, they dissipate
and then they come up again in the next situation that triggers you.
If you are 100% with them, feeling it, it just radiates through your body and then it can transform and eventually it will disappear.
