As I experience it (so far) it is about the level of frequency that you are
living that presents to you the level of life you feel you are living.

Explanation.
The more awareness/energy/presence/unconditional priority you give to the
actual moment (distancing from the past and future) the more you can see the
functioning of the mind.
The more you see the functioning of the mind the more you can distance
yourself from anything that is not appropriate in that very moment.
"Take no thought of the morrow..."

Thus your frequency increases, and you 'experience' a 'higher' level of
'reality.' (This is not a strictly correct explanation - just as close as we
can get at this moment. Listen to the last part of Bashar again.)

The mind is always active. And most of the time, frantic.
Stop, right now, listen to your mind. Stay with it - listen.
Never stops does it - and what it is running through is very rarely
appropriate to the moment.

The more you are engaged/identified with that activity of the superficial
mind, the lower is your frequency. And the lower your frequency, the lower
the levels of 'reality' you 'experience.' We could call it the difference
between heaven and hell - here on the illusion we call Earth.

(Imagine, after listening to your own mind, walking through a city street
and hearing, on an energy level, everyone's (unhappy) mind chatter - all at
once. It is one of the 'levels' most people go through 'on the way' to
waking up.)

In one way, everything is all about you.
You really do create what you call your reality.
Where you put most of your thoughts/energy is how you get to experience
whatever you think you are experiencing.

Getting more and more abstract isn't it. Good.
