A Being Present Exercise...
Try this.
Sit in front of a digital clock, and be totally present until,
and for when, the minute changes.
Not waiting for the minute to change, just be there,
and have nothing else on your mind when the minute changes -
except the minute changing.
Simple? You may be surprised.
One minute can seem a very long time sometimes?
