Seems more love is happening.
Lots of loving and appreciative emails about the two latest videos, (thank
you) and lovely sharing's about Devesh, Monika, and lots of others visit to
Munich.
For many of us, not too much awareness effort now required for a shift to
the uplifting. And so much more fun.
And a suggestion.
Often when we start to feel good, we imagine that it cannot possibly go
on, and get even better - and anyway, we don’t really deserve it because
we have not done enough to earn it. Not my experience. It just gets better
and better.
Just as a hypothesis with which to experiment, consider - we are love.
When we disconnect from anything which we feel contracts us, and allows
unlimited expansion, not only do we feel wonderful, so do those around us.
According to the following, everything benefits.

Dear Paul
I've just read Monika's letter. She has written was I experienced when
watching you yesterday, and had meant to say to you - you are glowing. So
different from the earlier video. A particular warmth and solid happiness.
Lifted up, an very much here at the same time.
<Disconnect from any negativity. Any. Not denying, not supporting, not
working on it - just disconnecting from the tempting addiction. Just do not
go there. Or judgements, criticising, anger, giving
advice-not-being-lived-by-yourself-in-that-very-moment, complaints,
superiority, thinking-you-know-best, and all that sort of thing.
Instead, look for the beauty in everyone one and everything>
I am so excited and relieved to say, this seems to be happening. As Monika
says; "a choiceless choice", which is now happening in this consciousness
of life that is "me". Not stuffing feelings down, or working stuff out, or
striving, or aspiring or needing something/someone/me to be different.
<And it is sad, and even painful, to see our fellow humans, our brothers
and sisters, not realising and living in this state, but in discomfort>
And I have feelings of this too. And then understand it is only by an act
of grace that (at the moment) I am experiencing how incredibly wonderful
and
ok everything is. So I cannot regret where I have been, or fret that
another
is there also. Just look in their eyes and love them. It feels not that I
have
changed, but that tangles within me have unknotted and flowed away;
dissolved. There is no desire to go back, very little memory of what was
there, and no habitual behaviour to fall back on.
I very much like this being in the momentness. Such a relief. A feeling of
self responsibility. So easy. It feels like, why would there be anywhere
else to be.
With love, immense gratitude to everything, and pleasure that things are
the way they are, for you.
