Once again I am now ‘seeing/experiencing’ - ‘something else’
and I have no way of explaining it - even to myself.
And I will keep attempting to share.

The watching has gone into another level. Just watching.
Waking up in the morning: what’s happening - the body; the mind; the
emotions. Whatever, that is what is happening. And it is constantly and subtly
changing.


There does seem to be a 'something else’ and it is not only
not against or critical of anything or anybody,
it includes - everyone and everything - in a vast 'space' of -
although it is not quite it, the only word I can find is, love.
Nothing being more, or less, important than anything else.
Everyone and everything being very precious.

On what we could call a personal level, interesting times.
Summer/Winter Solstice?
Yesterday - heavy dental work.
Today, I fell. Facedown on the gravel drive.
Slipped on the sloping drains I was clearing.
One side of the face looks as though I was in a pub brawl,
and I have some rib damage.
Fine unless I cough, sneeze, hiccup, laugh - or move.


I love hearing what has connected for you from reading IML.

And, still getting the occasional ‘unwanted’ email.
They go into Junk Mail, but even that has to be sorted each day
as things get into that box that do not belong there.

I get so many emails each day I do not have the time, energy,
or desire to hear judgemental personal criticisms of what I share.
When I say criticism, I mean if there is any judgement - at all.

If you are ‘in the zone’ then of course there will not be any judgement,
so anything you have to share is very welcome.
